The Ultrashock Return Policy allows only for replacement of your product If your product was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
The Ultrashock Return Policy allows for products purchased directly from http://shop.ultrashock.com/ to be returned by you after obtaining an Ultrashock Return Number (URN) during the 30 day period following the original date of shipment by Ultrashock for a refund of purchase price paid.
Ultrashock will not issue any refund on a CD that has been opened (removed from the plastic wrap). If your product was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped please notify customer service within 30 days.
The URN number may be obtained by visiting: http://support.ultrashock.com, and once you receive the URN number it must be visible on the outside of the returned product. Shipping and handling is not refundable, and all products must be returned in the original packaging including the slipcase, digipak case, track listing booklet, and both CD ROMs.
You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Ultrashock. If you return a product to Ultrashock without a URN beyond the 30 day period or without proper packaging, Ultrashock retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. Please allow up to two weeks for Ultrashock to credit your account after receiving the returned product.
