After Effects is designed as a advanced motion compositing application. How is this web related in any way? The best thing that After Effects could do is drop its scripting language and build it back up in Java or some other OO API (see processing), so I could do interactive effects without having to rewrite or have a cut and paste everything into each layer and line up keyframes. The other two things they better do now is introduce true roto (since they bought Sillouette FX roto) and true 3D integration, so that I can handshake between XSI/Maya or whatever you use and loose a valuable coffee break, or I mean render...

Definately still missing in 7.0: Layer Folders!
While the 'Shy switch' is a handy little gimmick, it still can't compete with Photoshop alike Layer Folders. Please put this in the next .0.1 update! With over 100 layers in one complex project, it becomes rather frustrating to scroll vertically all the time
i was wondering about a good question for the Adobe guys in this couple of weeks "can you to integrate AE code with Flash AS..."
thats my question
thanks
