Tidy up this picture please

Hi guys.

Can anyone of you Photoshoppers tidy up the pic on this post please?

(Nobody has replied after 4 days so I thought I'd try this area instead)

It looks like typical a JPG compression defect to me, and unless I'm mistaken, editing and saving a JPG file is just going to introduce more defects. You will need to find a lossless version of the image if you want a better quality JPG version of it.

hey there, I looked at the picture, yea a lossless would be nice, but I took a stab at it anyway. It looked like when the contrast was heightened the natural gradients became more apparent so I broke up the natural lines a bit, knocked out some of the blockiness overall, and smoothed them out. Like Nutrox said, you may find you run into more problems with this version, but maybe not. Let me know how it works or what problems this version runs into. Thanks!
