File Presets are gone
Old 2009-05-28

Hello everyone,

Many of my file presets are gone when I open a new document.
The only options that are left are: Default PS Size, U.S. Paper, International Paper, Photo, Web, Mobile & Devices, Film & Video and custom.

I would like the standard list with A4/A3 etc. back.

Thanks!

(CS4)

I don't have CS4 but this tip would probably work for it. Reset the preference file by holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift while starting up Photoshop. It'll ask if you want to delete the old preference file and reset all the preferences. Click Yes and it might fix a lot of your problems.

Granted though, you'll have to reset all your preferences but at least it'll work.

Thanks for your reply! I've tried doing that but it didn't work. :<
It asked me if I wanted to reset my presets but it still doesn't work.
