black & white to color?

2004-03-09

iim trying to figure out how to have a color picture that starts out as black and white then fades into the full color picture. any help would be appreciated, thanks.

you can do it with the advance color option if your using FLASH MX04, set it up like a motion tween in the first frame make it your B&W coloring then leave the last frame the same, if your not using MX04, use 2 images, 1 B&W you created in PS then overlay then in a layer under nieth the B&W and make the B&W motion tween alpha to 0% in the last frame....hope it helps.

i am using mx04 but im not familiar with the advanced color option, where can i get to that at?

select your movieclip. in the properity inspector, select: color (drag down to advanced). in advanced, select 'settings' and then tweak your color to get the right effects. also check out
