It takes years to get a logo to be trademark. Do all good design submit their artwork for copyright I think It is very time consuming and reqiures lots of effort. I wish there were simple process for design copyright.

"I thought that you have intellectual property copyright simply by being the creator ", True, however if you register specific work with us, uk copyright office you have more support if and when violation and/or legal action taken ....
