I have QuickTime 7.5 running on Vista Ultimate with no problems.

I've uninstalled before an reinstalled and nothing, right now I just did it and installed Qt 7.5 and still the same...

When you say "crashes" what do you mean? Blue Screen or freeze or something else? What information is Vista able to give you about the crash? Maybe a driver compatibility problem or conflict with another app or piece of software. I don't think you can you can blame it on either Vista or QuickTime but should be looking for something in the middle. Maybe even a graphics card or sound card driver/hardware problem.

Thanks for the reply ServerSide, I didn't see it until now. ![]() I don't know what it was, but in the microsoft website it said that installing the service pack 1 fixed some problems vista could have with quicktime among other things, so I did and everything is back to normal now. |
