CSS - div positioning problem

As you can see in the picture, I have four divs in the contanierA div. In Html code 4th div is coming after the first div(not nested). I am calling content to the 4th div with php, but when the content height is bigger than the 1st div's height... 2nd and 3rd div moves below...

How can i make 2nd and 3rd div static...?
