Practice - you have the time. I doubt you have 24 hours left to live. Its just like anything else - if you put some time and effort into something, you can accomplish anything.

Be patient. Do you know what a few hours a week can do!? Youd be surprised how good you can get in a few months.

Now people - go back to telling us how good our drawings are.

You would not believe how much time I spend in my early high school days trying to become a better drawer, but never made any head way. I have always wanted to draw well just I could never really do it.

I am 6 feet tall and I can dunk a basketball, I can do a backflip off the wall and I can pass 9 juggling pins. Physical things come very easy to me, but getting creativity from my head to art is like reading chinese for me.

but that is why i am trying to learn flash and web design. I really wanted an artistic outlet.

I would never steal someones hard work. This is a hobby for me not a job, so if I fail horribly, then so be it this is all in fun.

Haha... don't be a drawer, else people will find a cabinet for you and start filling u up with things.

Anyways.... it's right for u not to give up. Don't ever. I graduated an English teacher, ended up doing all sorts of multimedia stuffs now, including heavy Actionscript.

Persistence... and patience... and one day you'll draw better... or become a capable sketch artist.

I have a few airbrush pieces at home. Its a lost medium to many, but to me, nothing can touch a well done airbrush piece. Awesome pen work too above that (Im not sure if its just my pc but it looks like it loads pretty slow, you may want to repost at a lower res.)
