You might also make sure that they are willing to work with you/Adobe to transfer the license if they have registered it.

Was there any follow up to this? Were you able to save some money and get a legit product and license etc. I'm considering doing the same thing with web premium. |

Buy an older version off of ebay and then buy the upgrade from adobe. :-) You will save a ton of money.

Hey, I ended up actually purchasing a license for the Production Suite off ebay and everything worked out great. Got the retail box with all the manuals and it's registered with Adobe, etc. I ended up paying $999 US which was quite a bit cheaper than online at adobe. So I guess you can get decent deals but be careful!
