ByteArray to read Jpeg metadata

Does anyone out there know how to use ByteArray in AS3 to read the Summary info of a Jpeg? By summary info I mean, when you right click on a jpeg and bring up the Properties dialog, if you click on "Summary" There are usually some fields there that you can edit. I want to be able to import Jpegs into Flash and read this summary info.

I don't even know if this is possible.
