Cool, thanks for the reply Nutrox. Although from my first post, it was more to do with the open sourced software (or programs, as not really scripting-based programmings), such as free Website editor or free HTML editor. But I'm assummed both OS Softwares and OS Scriptings are kind of applied the similar rules as far as I can see here.
