Alright, so I'm going to make an effort to blog here - I'll begin by posting what I've been up to recently and try to keep it semi up-to-date.
So I started out here at UltraShock five years ago - 16 years old and playing around with Flash and website design. Now I only do website design when it's necessitated. Most of the projects I get involved in that have web design involved are more regarding small businesses and the transition of their business to the web. My role in these projects is more regarding the transition of their business to harness the web and then I use the web background to help deliver what they need, even through hiring others.
What I have picked up in the past three years is photography. I shoot sports, events, and some portraits for private parties, prep sports websites, and the Georgia Tech student newspaper, The Technique. I don't pretend to be one of the best photographers around, and I want to learn from whoever I can.
I'll likely focus this blog on the happening as I run around Atlanta and the southeast shooting photos, as well as my continuing education at the Georgia Institute of Technology. I am majoring in Management, and I run an all-male choir on campus. I'm in the midst of planning two trips for the choir this spring - one to New York and one to England and Scotland. I can't wait for the photo opportunities - not often I get to travel on other people's dimes.
