That is one of the most stupid things I have seen in while. How can anyone trademark a colour, I would have thought the colour magenta would have been classed as "public domain" considering it's extensive world-wide use.
Is it a specific colour value they have trademarked (i.e. FF0080)?
I guess that isn't too bad then, people will just need to avoid using the colour #C73679 on any tele-communications related websites (if I have that colour correct).
yea, avoiding the exact color is not that hard, the problem is that a color can be trademarked, what happens when all the colors are trademarked, or if someone tries to trademark black or yellow, or red or any other common color. Its just ridiculous imo.
