So this Christmas, we decided to make a turducken for Christmas dinner. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's a chicken stuffed in a duck stuffed in a turkey with stuffing in between.

Making a turducken wasn't that hard...granted it ONLY took 3 days to make. Anyway here's the process:
1. debone the chicken
2. debone the duck
3. partially debone the turkey (leaving the wings and drumsticks for presentation)
