Full Screen Windows 7 Style Dark Glossy Template

I am very confused on the agreements. I am a web/graphic designer. I saw this template and fell in love with it. I was getting ready to purchase it to use as my website template. I run a website designing business. I was not planning on redistributing this template in any shape for or fashion. I spend so much time making sites for everyone else, I haven't had time to make one for myself. I saw this site and looked through the templates and this is the one that caught my eye. But, I need to know if that would fall in place with the Standard License Agreement to not sale the template but to use it to display my portfolio and price list for the sites I build?
